Official Rules:
Disclaimer:  Prize is a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sport 2-door 4x4 (MSRP $21,915).  Winner must be at least 19 years old with a valid United States driver’s license.  Winner must provide their own insurance and is responsible for all applicable taxes, license/registration fees, titles fees and/or delivery charges.  Vehicle maintenance is the sole responsibility of the winner.  The odds of winning will depend on the actual number of eligible entries received.

By participating, entrants release and agree to hold American Lung
Association and/or Performance Automotive Group harmless from any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the prize or participation in the raffle.

By accepting the prize, winner agrees to permit American Lung Association and Performance Auto Group to use his/her name, address, city, state, photograph, voice, videotape or any likeness for advertising, publicity or trade purpose in commerce and in all media worldwide without limitation or additional compensation. 

Performance Automotive Group and American Lung Association employees are not eligible to participate nor are members of their immediate family.

The winner will be selected by random drawing at the Corporate Cup on September 19, 2010.  Winner need not be present to win.
